J'ai pourtant l'habitude de configurer les VPN sur mes idevices, j'ai voulu tester PIA, j'ai acheter un abonnement un mois via Mon iphone 6,( j'ai demandé le remboursement au bout de 45 minutes). Que ce soit sur mon Iphone 6, sur mon Ipad air 2 ou sur mon PC ce VPN ne fonctionnait absolument pas quelque soit la localisation de mon ip choisie ; Europe, USA etc. Rien à faire mon ip n'était jamais caché alors que tout était " sois disant" bien activé, après avoir testé plusieurs pays sur tous mes idevices toujours le même résultat : ip Visible. 1ere fois que je trouve 1 VPN qui ne fonctionne absolument pas. Très très mauvaise expérience. In English : I have already used and configured the other VPN on my idevices, I wanted to test PIA. I have to buy a subscription 1 month via My iPhone 6, (I asked for the refund at the end of 45 minutes). Whether it is on my IPhone 6, on my IPad air 2 or on my PC this VPN did not work absolutely about or the localization of my chosen ip; Europe, the USA etc. Nothing to make my ip was ever hidden while everything was " be saying " activated well, having tested several countries on all my idevices always the same result: ip Visible. 1st time when I find 1 VPN who does not absolutely work. Very very bad experience.

After seeing a good review of this company in an article about preventing hacking I purchased it. It would never load and work on my MacBook Pro and despite over an hour and multiple "chats" no one could resolve it so I cancelled my year subscription. What was more frustrating is there is no phone number and no live service center to help deal with a problem.

I've been using PIA for a few years now and I am quite satisfied qith the service. It is always up as far as I can remember, as we have a constant connection through the router. Only problem I have with it is that many sites these days are blocking PIA ip addresses so you can't get on craigslist or many web forums for example. This is not PIA's fault but it is becoming a big problem with the blocking of IP's. The help from the web chat with PIA is impeccable! Overall I think it is a fantastic company. Affordable, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable staff. What more can I say?

Very good & fast VPN - No 5 stars because servers can only be switched via task bar which can be irritating with external screens.

For a reasonable fee, PIA give me exactly what I need. Latency is low and bandwidth good enough for my purposes (I have no idea how high the bandwidth is as my needs are quite limited, but I've never encountered any problems).

It was working great (and still does work great for some things), BUT it no longer works for netflix. This apparently is Netflix's fault, since they are now trying to detect if a VPN service such as PIA. But the bottom line is that at the moment you can't access netflix with it. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

Overall is good but Their sofware v56 is good if it works, having problem especially in Windows10. DNS leak feature will make unable to connect after disconnect or reboot after using/connected their software. Or unable to connect to their network. Have to disconnect first to connect another server. Sometimes it will disconnect for few seconds or just disconnect and connecting with your real ip without notice although kill switch can save but it may crash in some computer like the DNS leak feature. Support in chat or email response is fast but nothing help, just tell me not use it. Also ask them how/can I to use their proxy and which browser support, they just tell me to use with a support browser. Hope they will fix bugs on their software especially with Windows10.
