I switched over from a popular branded vpn. I am saving $20 a year. The connection is solid, the app is simple, and the Mac client has kept me safe.
Great VPN. No hassles, no complications, and it's fast. So easy I almost forgot I had it, until the bill came due!
I've been using PIA for about six months now and it's great with no issues with speed and my privacy is secure. I highly recommend them as they are very affordable especially with the discounted yearly subscription (which I signed up for last week).

I just installed the app a few days ago and gave called Tech Support 3 times as I cannot connect through one of the wifi networks I need it to work on! Of those 3 times, I have been disconnected on twice and I still cannot connect to any of their VPN services!
Used it nearly a year now. I am overly satisfied with this program. Never had bandwith issues and new location ip always worked. Not sure how "much" bandwith you get but it should be more than enough.
Simple et efficace , essai sur windows 7 ,vista et android sans aucun soucis. Seul regret, une aide a la configuration manquante en francais ainsi que quelques autres pages du site PIA non traduite "in French" pour les novice du VPN. je suis très content de cet souscription. bon rapport qualité /prix.
Security and privacy are such valuable assets. So many people are so vulnerable. As our dependency on the net increases, so too should our care and concern about the ease with which our information is mined. VPN is a simple (to the end user) tool to defeat many many threats. And this company (Private Internet Access) offers an easy to use, low cost, and effective tool. So far, my experience with the product has been seamless and rewarding. Very consistent, cheap, and very fast. Came from Tunnelbear and this is much more reliable.
I have only been using the system for about a week, but I have not experienced any noticeable slowdowns. The system is easy to use and I have no complaints. The price is excellent. If you have any doubts, sign up for the monthly plan (which can be cancelled within 7 days), test it out, and when you like it - upgrade to the yearly plan to save yourself some money.
