After doing some research about what VPNs were in the market i shortlisted some including Express and CyberGhost. PIA offered more devices than the other 2 for lower price so I thought I'd give it a go. I have been using it for a week and i have nothing but praise for the product and customer service team. Not that anything went wrong but i had to contact them to clarify a couple of things and the response was quicker than any other customer service I've ever used for any other product, specially in the IT. I love this product! it is quick to install, easy to use, speed seems fine, and i have peace of mind that they got a great customer service 24/7. Keep up the good work !

installation is very simple. Not all servers are fast. interface could be made more attractieve.

Installation is very easy. I made a typing mistake when entering the info and ended up contacting tech support via email. They responded in minutes and helped me to get connected. Price is more than fair and the service is just what I was looking for.

Easy set up (idiot proof) One price, all your devices (iOS, Mac, PC, Android) Great support page I was a total novice and tried the 1 month at $6.99 and on day 30 I had no hesitation in upgrading and paying for the year. Other online businesses should watch and learn. GREAT product, VERY fair price and does exactly what it says in the tin.

My husband and extended family have used a number of VPN providers over time and on a variety of devices. I chose PIAVPN a little over a year ago. I have had no issues - no down time - and no problems in my international communication. (You see, we are US Citizens living in Europe for 2-3 years.) Without my 'little green man', it is difficult to communicate in English or even communicate outside of the country in which we are living!! PIA VPN is essential to life here and it is superior to most other services out there.

I'm on my second year of using this company and their price is excellent. They also have great customer service. I was having trouble connecting their new software through Linux and within a few emails the issue was resolved. The problem was specific to my machine so I was glad that it could be resolved so easily. Overall the service, price, and support are excellent. I highly recommend them.

Had a problem installing program but tech people were great. Have been using vpn for just a few days and no problems but downloads seem a little slow.
