I had everything working in minutes, for all my devices. Easy set up, many options, easy to understand. No trouble at all! :)
The app for my Android and iPhones are awesome! Set up is easy on them, up and running quickly. Different story on my iMac. Their app will connect just fine. But Safari, mail...basically anything internet based won't work. after hours of research, I found this to be a common problem for OSX. I messed around with my network settings and made a L2TP connection. Seems to work ok, but I do get randomly disconnected every 2-6 hours. Currently playing around with Tunnelblick. For an advanced computer user and game beta tester with just a very basic knowledge of networking, I find P.I.A. to be much harder than it should be.
Ill admit first off I have nothing to compare this service to. But I will say that using PIA has been so far an effortless and pleasant experience. Installation and setup is quick and painless. The interface is simple and intuitive with simple buttons and drop down menu options for simple and more advanced users. There are plenty of servers to connect to around the world and connecting and disconnecting to any of them is done with a simple click of the tray icon. The Speed varies depending on which servers in which countries you connect to (obviously) and I have always been pleased. I highly recommend Private Internet Access to anyone looking for a great simple and secure VPN service. Even my practically amish mother is able to use it!

I was searching for the best VPN service for a good price and I found Private Internet Access. It's easy to use if you're not an expert on computers. Recommend to everyone, a great product indeed.
The only reason I'm taking the time to do this is because the customer support was so fast and efficient. All problems were solved. Time will tell how the app works and stands up.....so far so good. A reasonable price too.
