Installation on a single PC was a breeze. Instructions for installing on my ASUS router would have saved me some time but in the end I got where I wanted to be. Would have given 5 stars except that adding the VPN makes a noticeable hit on my bandwidth. Not sure why but nevertheless I am still quite pleased with the result. Glad I chose PIA.

After purchasing Private Internet Access and downloading it I had a software installation experience that was more painful than any of the dozens of others that I've had. I understand that the nature of this software might cause some issues with installation on a device with anti-virus software, but they need to make the process smoother. The lack of phone support is the biggest obstacle. Communicating back and forth with tech support via email is cumbersome and tiring. Both devices that I installed PIA on presented different issues both of which required multiple emails back and forth with support. If I'm paying $40 for something I expect better than that. Once installed the software couldn't be easier to use. I'm glad I got it but knowing what I know now I would not buy it again.
