Great product, there are a lot of countries to choose from and the connection seems to be on point, without any kind of delay. Also it comes at a very affordable price point
I'm new to the VPN world, but the program was very easy to set up on my Window laptop, two Android phones, and my Android tv box. Only issue I've ran into is PIA makes my bank app inop, unless I disable PIA. BUT I can deal.
The jury is still out. I've been using it only a few days. There are some pages I can't reach with VPN on, others don't fully load and all often seems slow. I have a service request (280171) in and am hopeful these things can be resolved.
Easiest and most user friendly interface VPN i have used
Great, fast, technical support, and friendly as well.
Great so far. Seen it on Torrentfreak. Had it for 4 month now. Simple.
As most people do, I studied reviews before I chose PIA. Many had negative comments regarding the minimal PC interface and I agree. Its not just minimal, but also too small; obviously created by a 22 year old with 20/20 vision. The iPhone app is better. The yearly subscription is a winner, much lower than the competition. I have to trust that my PIA VPN is doing its job since I have no real way of knowing that it is since PIA provides zero feedback on performance. Being based in the USA is a little concerning; the reality is that if the FED's want our information, they can force PIA to cough it up.
Decided the time was right to get a VPN. Came to PIA after reading article on TorrentFreak. Set up was easy - even have it on my phone. So far, everything has been smooth and plain sailing.
Setup and speeds seem good so far but their helpdesk is very slow to reply. 36 hours later and still no answer.
PIA works as expected and overall I'm quite happy with it, with the exception of Netflix. It was easy to install on all of our devices and is a fast VPN. While it's not their fault Netflix blocks all VPN, I would love to see an easy way to bypass the VPN for the one domain; send all traffic through the VPN as intended, except Netflix, where they can see our native ISP. We're not trying to bypass any regional restrictions put forth by Netflix, we're merely trying to protect our privacy. I sincerely regret purchasing a year of PIA out of the gate despite their rave reviews, due to the Netflix issue. Had I realized that was a problem (I thought I had done enough research, but clearly I missed a big issue), I would have selected a different provider.
