Con el servicio de VPN estoy contento, buena velocidad y ningún problema. Sin embargo justo el día después de contratar el servicio, empiezo a recibir spam de un banco de Mexico, lo que me indica que mis datos han sido cedidos a no sé quién sin mi consentimiento. Alguien que contrata una VPN para proteger la privacidad lo último que quiere es que sus datos sean vendidos a terceros, es evidente. Mucha casualidad que al contratar vuestros servicios se mencione México (por el idioma español) y en 24h reciba spam de este país al que no me relaciona nada. Sigo usando vuestros servicios, pero a la vez vigilando a quién más le habéis vendido mis datos. No es para eso que pago. Gracias por el interés en cualquier caso.

Simple to set up on both laptop and phone. Easy automatic reconnections. No noticeable speed change. Great service

It's a bit early for me to be reviewing (I've had the service for less than a week) but all indications are very positive. For several years I used IPVanish but decided to switch because the price was too high. Having studied alternatives for a few days it seemed PIA was a good bet. Certainly the price has turned out to be much better. Beyond this, I have been very pleasantly surprised. The user interface / experience is MUCH better, I realise now that IPVanish was unnecessarily clunky to use. PIA starts faster and with much less fuss. It's cleaner to use. It's hard to tell on speed, but PIA seems if anything a touch faster. Also I felt IPVanish was a bit buggy, eg restarting the computer without disconnecting first caused problems automatically reconnecting to my base ISP service - I'd have to fire up IPVanish and immediately disconnect to get it to work. No such problems with Private Internet Access. Basically, it's way cheaper, just as fast, much easier to use and frankly the whole thing seems more "professiinal". Even the customer service efforts have an air of welcome professionalism. If you are on the fence, don't be.

First time user, take this with a grain of salt. Service is great, I've only had slowdown once or twice in the two weeks I've had it. Even then, it's only for a few minutes. Application gives me a good amount of options for ensuring that I can keep my internet activity private even when disconnecting and reconnecting from my VPN. Compared to other 'User-friendly' VPNs? It's leagues above Tunnlebear. Highly reccomended.

Only have been using the service for a couple of days but so far it has been very impressive. The client apps are easy to use on the desktop, tablet and phone. Speeds are very good as well. Connections are fast and there's quite a comprehensive list of servers. A good value when compared to other VPN services.

Works just as fast as my regular net (or at least I haven't noticed any slowdown yet), easy to use and all for a reasonable price.

I'm on day four of signing up for this service and I still haven't received my login information...even though I've paid (go figure the accepted payment immediately). I've submitted 2 service requests and 3 inquiries. They actually responded and said they'll send me the correct info "shortly" which was two days ago. I would suggest not purchasing this vpn given the poor customer service.

SLOWS DOWN THE INTERNET I recently upgraded from a DSL slow internet to a cable tv internet 50MBS speed internet which has been great...Now with my VPN service my speed has dropped about 75% to 10-15 MBS. That I do not like.
