Terrible service.. Was not compatible with my router. I've tried several times to request a refund during the 7 day grace period and all I keep getting is junk mail about their service.. So much for the 24/7 support they claim to have.
Horrible speeds, they offer a seven day money back guarantee and I contacted them the day I tested the speeds, have not heard back since. I want my money back. I've sent over three different emails trying to contact someone from the billing department. Will be calling my credit card company soon if I do not hear back. I went from having 70Mbps downloads to 5Mbps downloads.... HORRIBLE.
Literally can't even tell I'm on a VPN because of how fast it is. It's also great for gaming, no interruptions.
I am a new customer who signed up a few days ago. I have submitted several support requests tickets and get no answer. These guys are terrible.
It does as advertised! Complete privacy on the internet. Sometimes internet gets a little slow when browsing on my mac or iPhone, but otherwise it's great!

I bought Private Internet Access on 25th May and duly received the email with the installer links. The Windows file I downloaded was called privateinternetaccess and it is 62.2MB in size. I was given to understand that this would a small file? When I went to open it with Administrator I got a severe warming from my antivirus software, Avast, that this was a "rare" file and that they were sending it to the Lab for analysis. Initial analysis indicates that it contains Trojans!!! However, Avast are still working on it. I have created a number of support tickets but keep getting inane emails (like the current one) asking me to contact you should I have any issues. The tickets I have created are 354305 and 354643. If you cannot give me a good explanation tomorrow (29th May) not only shall I demand a refund but I shall also look for compensation for all the extra work and stress that this has caused me.
For some reason every time I renew the software doesn't automatically connect. However the team at PIA always seems to get it resolved quickly within the same day so I think they're pretty good company.
Amazing speed, great easy to understand app for Android and works with p2p! Started with a monthly plan soon as months over buying a year love it!
All the features they offer have kept me safe...so far lol. I have been able to search n browse the web securely.
