I can't give you any more stars, since you now have neglected my support questions for 3 weeks. Is that "Immediate support"??
Downloaded, installed, could not connect, so filed a support ticket. After several days, I have received no response to the support ticket except for the automated email acknowledging receipt. I have, on the other hand, received two emails prompting me to review the product. So, they're asking me to put in work for them to promote their product that hasn't worked for me, and for their service that won't respond to me. Here's your review.

I told your service man I was HANDICAPED, A STROKE VICTIM WITH LIMITED SHORT TERM MEMORY. Your serviceman couldn't get me hooked up to my Apple computer without selling me an additional $299,00 worth of MAC Software. He said Pay Pal was not setup to send the money while he was looking at my records on my computer for my banking records and Pay Pal had already been paid to you. I will cancel you out and get somebody more reliable and change my bank records. I will post this review on U Tube and Kodi box review. VERY DISSATISFIED with Private Internet Access

I tried to cancel after 3 hours of use. No response, No refund.
Setup was easy. It worked fine for a couple of hours, then simply stopped working - anything I tried to do on the internet was blocked. I assumed some setting must need to be tweaked, so I submitted a support ticket, which was acknowledged by email. About 12 hours later, I received an email thanking me for signing up and offering me "express" support for new users - people were supposedly ready to work on my issue 24/7. So I re-submitted my original request via this supposed "express" channel. That, too, was acknowledged by email. But no response. I submitted a further request for support - and still no response. We're now 60 hours since the original request, and no response. But they did send me an email, asking me to write a review of their product....so I did. They have a 7-day money-back guarantee, which I plan to use.
Ik heb naar 3 maanden getest te hebben een jaar abbonoment genomen op pia. Ik heb hem draaiende op me raspberriePi Android mediabox en Linux Pc. De snelheid is hoog en de verbinding stabiel. Ga zo door, ik ben zeer te vreden
I get disconnected constantly when using UDP (TCP worked eventually) and both attempts to contact support have been ignored. Meanwhile I keep getting emails asking to rate their service...
