i got this to help with my firestick, so far it doesn't seem to help much.
Jeg har brugt Private Internet Access i lidt over et år og må sige, at jeg er meget tilfreds! Deres VPN virker utroligt godt og har ikke den store effekt på din hastighed, når du surfer på nettet. Jeg havde på et tidspunkt glemt at jeg havde slået min VPN til og sad og spillede et computerspil over nettet - endda med en god ping. Deres kundeservice er også nem at få fat i og har været med til at løse det enkelte problem jeg havde i starten.

Stay away from Private Internet Access. I purchased their VPN service. After 1.5 hours of trying to activate it I emailing support service for help. I received no reply other than auto generated Ticket numbers. I requested a refund under that 7 day money back guarantee. Guess what no answer. Very poor service. Wouldn’t know about the product - can’t it started.
If you value prompt response to support requests, I strongly advise you to avoid this VPN. I took out a one-month subscription based on the editorial reviews, with the intent of upgrading to an annual sub if I liked the service. I'll be cancelling before the first month is up. I filed a support request the very first day to have my SMTP server whitelisted. In the week-plus since, I've gotten four or five "Hey New User, hope everything's going great!" automated emails. I've replied to each of those emails referring to my original support ticket. I've even gone back in through the support page on the site to reference my original ticket number. I know they're being received because I've gotten an automated confirmation email to each of my replies. Still, no acknowledgement of my original support request, and I still have to disconnect to send email through my SMTP server. If anyone would like to recommend a more customer-focused VPN provider, please do, because I'll be cancelling PIA before this first month is up. I'll also be taking VPN reviews with a big chunk of salt from now on. Horrible provider.

Only drawback I've notice is slower internet speed. Mine has dropped from 180-190 Mbps to 60 Mbps.
Requested a refund on 4th of June but never heard from them. I'm afraid I lost my money. No one ever replied to me from their team, so I'm still unaware if the started a refund procedure.
Can't sign in with ID and password given?!?
No complaints about the product but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I would never subscribe to them again!
