constantly disconnects then does not automatically reconnect. have to reinstall Tap drivers upto three times a day. tried contacting them but had no response.
The connection speed is slow. Connecting to a server takes almost a minute, and then download speed is limited to approx. 50Mbps even on the fastest server.

Maxes out my 50Mbit DSL and has native Support in Vuze. Works great on Win and Android.
Was a very simple and thorough installation. Support helped me through it with simple one syllable words that even a non tech like myself could understand.
No response to support requests for 8 days. iPhone app constantly disconnects.
So, I have just submitted my second service ticket. I did not receive a reply to the first one I sent a few days ago. I posted my concern on the PIA forum also but have not received a respose
So I am new to PIA so here are my first impressions. Easy to use application with enough locations for my needs. A very fare price for the service the monthly subscription is far cheaper than alot of vpns out there. The negative I have come across is when my vpn is connected and I try to web surf via google chrome they seem to block my access. This is a real problem but one I solved using a different browser. The speeds are not brilliant but no different to ther vpns I have used . All in all I am happy with the service so far time will tell.
My download speed is 20% of what it was before connecting to Private Internet Access. My upload speed is even worse. I'm going to try to get a refund and try another provider.
