Exact service is well good. No problems with access, good speed of connections. But your portal for client access is not smart. User's logged in session are not saving it's state while walking through site pages. No access to payment methods to manage them and make changes if something goes wrong with payment. Your support not answering to my e-mails. Wish you to find out or create a better engine for client area and billing account.
Like other reviewers here - I have experienced no customer support at all from this company. I decided to close my account the day after signing up as the connection speed was slow. I have requested a refund - so far - a week (and several emails to them) later and I have heard nothing back from them. I managed to install it with the help of my friends. I use openvpn on linux. I would have preferred to have a solution which allows me to only use the VPN for certain applications, but 'openvpn' takes over my entire routing table and sends all packets through PIA. The SOCKS wrappers were very slow and didn't allow port forwarding; openvpn is reasonably fast (400 kbps) and PIA's port forwarding script works with it. I didn't have to use the PIA proprietary client, which would have defeated the purpose in my opinion, by exposing my computer to whatever backdoors could be hidden in a client I'm not allowed to compile myself. PIA's documentation was hit-and-miss. Here's an example from a page which explains the difference between a proxy and a VPN: "The advantage of the VPN is that it encrypts your online traffic, which means that others won’t be able to see what you do on the internet. The main benefit of the proxy is that it is faster since it use encryption."

Mise à part un mélange anglais-français qui fait un peu peur au début, PIA est un très bon service de VPN, à un prix très abordable, si vous prenez pour 1 an vous payez moins de 45€ (si mes souvenirs sont bon), ce qui fait 3,75€ par mois. La vitesse est très bonne, seulement +5 à +10 de ping, ce qui est limite pour une connexion ADSL pour les jeux en ligne (pour avoir tester), mais doit être très correcte avec une connexion fibre. Ensuite, vous pouvez utilisez votre compte PARTOUT (PC, iPhone, Android, Mac) sans limite (Je n'ai pas eu le temps de me connecter sur 25 pc en simultanée,mais pour un usage PC / Smartphone c'est vraiment bien. Je laisse donc les 5 étoiles, le seul point négatif c'est la traduction française du site qui laisse de long passage en anglais, et la zone FAQ est uniquement en Anglais. Aucun problème pour le moment, par contre si vous êtes vraiment allergiques à l'Anglais (mon niveau est plutôt bas) ce n'est pas le site que je vous conseillerait en priorité, mais son prix rattrape quand même bien ce léger problème :)
Zero Support. Sent two emails and got one automated response. Still, haven't heard back on anything and waiting on a refund.
Easy to install and use. fast enough for my tv streaming. The first VPN I have tried, where a canceling procedure is a built in, which I apprixiate as an on/off user.

I have had several years of good service from PIA, however, I have been trying to get a response from them now for 5 days unsuccessfully. Not sure what is going on, they send out a busy reply, but this has happened in the past and normally I get a response no later than the following day. If I do ever get any response from them I will update this review. In response to PIA asking for my ticket number, it is 451301.
