Pros: -the servers are stable and fast -many countries to choose from -cheap Cons: -support is literally nonexistence They wont answer you back, period. Even for simple things like having trouble installing their software

Don't waste your money. Totally rubbish. Claim to have help, does not exist. My broadband speed is 50Mb without their service and 2Mb when connected.

Nadat ik openVPN opzocht en TAP-Windows 9.21.2 had gedownload en mijn computer opnieuw had opgestart,werkte alles perfect,we zijn nu een week verder en alles werkt nog steeds perfect,ik ben dus erg tevreden......

I paid for an application and is not working!!!!! I cant instal i cant resset password I DIDYNT GET EAMIL!!!! I send 3 email 4 days ago! and i dont have answer!

Update: Did exactly what was asked seconds after the response below. It is now 24 hours later and STILL NO WORD. Nothing! 24/7 Service?? Yeah right. At this point I'm realizing I have probably wasted my money. I can't even believe it. Thanks for nothing Private Access Network! Zero stars. Well, since you asked I give you one star and only because zero isn't an option. I signed up and paid four days ago and never received an email with my username and password. I have been submitting 'tickets' and emailing twice a day and have had absolutely no response so far. Zilch, nothing. I needed a VPN for a specific time-sensitive reason and this company has failed me completely. I would not recommend to anyone. Gross.

GREAT, we were recently victims of Information Theft, IT in the wrong way, in the process of having the person put on lock down by the relevant authorities here in our country. To make a long story short....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! We cannot thank you enough for your service!

the speed of the servers are decent and the application is also good. I also like their linux support but they have almost no customer service. I contacted again, no answers!! how can you trust a VPN service if they dont respond client's security related queries ?

I am pleased and impressed with PIA's VPN service! Easy to install and use, and gives me real peace of mind! I especially like the fact that they do not track me, or keep logs. They understand personal privacy! I would highly recommend them.
