I took my sweet time leaving tunnel bear as up until that point (when Linus was first getting sponsored by the bear so u could browse without a care) I had gone through a bunch of vpns Due to either being unreliable or obserdly latain.. So when I joined tunnel bear I was happy to final browse safely and At at a connection speed that was useable.. But useable is really all I could say about it.. So to say I was both absolutely amazed and extatic apon making the switch to PIA to find connecting through there service added only 2ms of latency to my total ping time.. I literally haven't switched it off once.. Not even when downloading a 2gb flac file from work to my home workstation.. PIA thankyou!! For providing me with what I can say is finally how I'd pictured a VPN intended to work.. You have gain yourself a customer for life ❤️
Some websites block their server IPs, and the PIA support team refused to help me, so it turned up to be useless and I had to give up my privacy to navigate on those websites. The speed is generally good, but some days it just slows down a lot. I wish they had clearer instructions on how to pay, for example they are completely missing how to pay with cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin. The option is there, but in 15 minutes of looking around I couldn't find a single word describing how it works.
Couldn't access certain sites through vpn and some I could but the videos was GEO restricted even though I used a ip of that country. I also thought you had 30 day money back guarantee. Oh well 50 bucks down the toilet for not noticing that :(

I am using P.I.A on my laptop and android mobile. Never had any issues very satisfied with service to date. Would definitely recommend Private Internet Access certainly value for money.
I only use this on a Windows PC, but so far it's worked very well. I've had no connectivity issues and the speeds are much better than I anticipated. I haven't played around with many VPN services but the others I've tried encountered issues almost daily. That could be the fault of my setup, but either way this one works great and i'm satisfied!
I've had PIA a couple weeks on my iPhone, iPad, & PC. So far, I have zero complaints with connection strength, data reception or throughput, etc. My first VPN, and my initial concern has always been speed sacrifice, but I don't find that issue at all. Great product so far.
