Their support is top-notch and they take the time to hear what their customers are saying, a valuable ability which many service providers seem incapable of wielding. P.I.A. are the only VPN service I would recommend.
I've never used a vpn before and was kind of worried to try, figured it'd be hard to understand. I must admit though, it's very easy and I love having my computer protected and feeling more secure!! This site, VPN was suggested to me by a friend. Thank you PIA!!
I have been deliberating for probably two months about whether or not to acquire a VPN for its use in protecting my most vital information from intrusions! I did tremendous research on the various amounts of VPN providers in the space of protecting information and hiding ones IP address. After careful thought and deliberation. I decided to go with PIA among many reasons of being the cheapest across the board when it came to their competitors! And after reading their core competencies of what they provide unto their customers! And how amazing their website looked in the seamless process of understanding the information of what a VPN provides! I was immediately sold on their pride in keeping my information safe from hackers and to have 24 hour protection on all my devices! I think attaining a VPN from PIA was one of the best decisions I have ever made!! I feel a sense of peace when I have a VPN protecting my information! And for the great price for an entire year! I made the right choice!! I will be a PIA customer for the foreseen future!! They have set my mind at ease of what I am receiving for my money and the values that they provide in return! Cannot be duplicated!

Absolute piece of crap. Avoid at all costs. Blocks access to a ton of sites especially when the sites are password protected. Then, after complaining and asking for a refund, customer service says sorry Charlie, it's beyond the 7 day refund period.......it was day 10. So I give this App two thumbs down!
Super Easy to use on Android, no need to be tech savvy. Great price and fast connection.
All the apps have been easy for my family to setup on Mac OS X and iOS devices. Speeds have generally been very good for me, though my wife's speeds have been noticeably slower. We'll likely open a support ticket to get assistance. When I had a question about browser extensions, I opened a support ticket and received a very helpful reply within an hour. PIA provides unlimited bandwidth, no traffic logs, and 5 simultaneous devices, among other benefits. If PIA continues to provide this level of features and security or better, then they have a customer in me for life. At this point, with PIA's strong commitment to my privacy/security (no traffic logs), 5 simultaneous devices, unlimited bandwidth, excellent two year pricing, fast customer service and apps that work "out of the box", I cannot see trying any other VPN service. Why fix what just works?
Canadian port forwarding servers are very slow, forcing NA users to use European switches with much higher ping. Great service for any EU VPN needs. North America users should stick to NORD VPN.
I cannot fault PIA's service both in terms of their product and all interaction with them. PIA VPN does exactly what it says on the tin and it does it flawlessly. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
