PIA is probably the fastest VPN with great value for money. There's a good variety of countries and regions you can connect to. Doesn't always work with netflix, but if you take a little time you'll definitely find a US server that works! In a nutshell: if you're looking for a cheap and fast VPN, PIA is for you.
This is the easiest VPN setup I have done in a while, even on Linux. The step-by-step instructions are top notch and the screen shots of each step are very helpful.
Works perfectly on my 2015 MacBook Pro. I was using ipvanish prior and it seems to get the job done. It lagged quite often but I was still content. When I switched to pia it was a night and day difference. Connectivity and speed were way fastert than I imagined. It’s an amazing vpn and I will be sticking with them for a while. That being said I wish I can say the same about their iphone vpn. The vpn rendered practically useless and would kick me out of any app I was using. I hope they fix it soon.

My service thus far has been excellent. The desktop VPN is very lightweight and minimal; doesn't get in my way or bog me down with unnecessary features and I appreciate that a lot.
