The product itself is excellent. I've been using it regularly for almost 3 years. It stopped working for me recently after a Windows 10 update. I put in a support ticket but had no response for more than 2 days so abandoned the support incident and had to spend several hours troubleshooting and fixing myself. So great product, as long as you don't need support.

These people are playing with fire. I very computer smart person and at first I thought that I got rip off. I installed the program twice. then I realize this type of program usually has an icon by the system clock. From there it took me 30 to 45 minutes to figure out how the program works. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO MY FRIENDS until they go to a classic GUI interphase where a grandma or grandpa can figure out to start the program. I only bought the program from the recommendation from LinusTechTips YouTube Channel. Linus never steered me wrong on a trustworthy product.

After trying out the service for a few days, the download and upload speeds are decent, no compliant. Good range of VPN's to connect to. Configuration of the VPN app is pretty easy to understand with their online tutorial. Thou, I do wish they had a kill switch that would monitor applications that need to be shutdown when the VPN disconnects, the kill switch now just freezes my internet and I need to restart my computer. Which is some what of an inconvenience.

Doesn't work for me - keep trying to log in with no success (checked that I'm using the details sent via email). That's one thing, but the other issue is the lack of support. I sent a message 2 days ago when I first tried to set it up but still awaiting a reply...

Superb vpn, didn’t know how important using a vpn was...have been able to access so much more on the internet now, through this vpn...it’s like the internet re invented...and being ignorant of how it would install, it was a one minute procedure, it was so very easy, it’s automatic, just use the app n your home screen....GREAT service and value

It seems easy enough to use with provided software, but you are lacking information to use it with other platforms like pfSense. You had forums, but you took them down. I have garnered great information from forums in the past on various topics.

Great download and upload speeds (up to 8 mbytes per sec). Many servers in many countries. Very user friendly Android app and OS programs (Tested on Linux and Windows). An absolute must have whenever you connect to the internet. I am using the service for more then 2 years and never had any serious problems.
