Fast,Reliable NO ISSUES!!! Using BETA PIA interface currently
Excellent service, easy to use, decent pricing plans (buy when a promo/special is going on). Works well on all platforms I've tried, excellent speed no matter the country I pick. I have not found anything to complain about after 2 years of service.
Great VPN. Works as advertised but it really slows down your internet speed. I have 200 Mbps without VPN and only 20-30 Mbps with VPN connected
Rating of "Excellent" on value and ease of use. Installed on 3 devices thus far.
Excellent, works as intended and compatible with OpenVPN which means I didn't have to install proprietary software. Also works on iPad and iPhone when I am on WiFi. It keeps you safe when on the go as promised. There is only one small limitation that is not the fault of PIA, and that is some services such as Xfinity to Go, and Amazon Prime Video won't always play, so I have to disable it to watch streaming on the go, but that is minor.
Private Internet Access does exactly what it says on the website. Download speeds are excellent and compared to the normal connection without vpn the speeds are the same. Torrents and other downloads work very good. I am very happy with this vpn.
Пользуюсь услугами PIA уже два года, на днях оплатил ещё два. Можно было ограничиться и этим... Бывали моменты, когда я думал, что софт глючит и сервера не слишком расторопны, поэтому сделал попытку уйти в другой сервис. И оказалось, что на фоне конкурентов PIA работает идеально. Подтормаживания программы встречаются при попытке сменить медленный сервер, что случается далеко не каждую неделю. И всё равно вопрос с сервером решается за несколько секунд. Подключение быстрое, с первой попытки. Пинг низкий, канал широкий. Не возникает неудобств ни в веб-сёрфинге, ни в закачке файлов, даже торренты выжимают максимум из того, что позволяет мой тарифный план.За всё время ни разу не встретил проблем с доступом к заблокированным сайтам. Другие компании заманивают клиентов доступом к различным стриминговым сервисам и службам с региональным доступом... А я-то и не знал, здесь всё это работает по умолчанию. Не говоря уж о том, что найти более дешёвый впн-сервис будет очень непросто.

I'm an electrical engineer with advanced degrees, 25+ years experience and very picky about the technology I use. I did a lot of research into VPN options; and I did a trial with a different VPN service and did not like the way it worked with my Mac OS computer. I'm new to PIA, but I have to say I like the way it works so far since it has essentially been "set it and forget it" and seems to be working smoothly and disappearing into the background of my Mac OS. One feature I like is that after I've been gone a while and come back to the computer, I'll get a popup notification box indicating I'm still connected, which then quickly disappears. From my research and reviews I read, I chose PIA because I thought it provided the best combination of performance and value.
