NordVPN works as a VPN but, yet I believe is incredibly incompetent in how they process recurring direct debit payments and for their online support team. Just for clarification, when you can get them to actually take your money and return with their service, it worked fine. Getting to that stage however, is a royal pain in the -redacted-. If you're hoping to pay monthly over direct debit, let me stop you there - don't bother with these guys. After being a customer of theirs for about, 5-6 months, every payment bar the very first one was processed late, from their end, with the customer support team stating that they couldn't figure out why this was happening and that they had no solution or recourse to combat it. My bank fully denied it was being delayed from their end and as this is the only direct debit service that I've ever used that has processed payments late, I'm inclined to agree with them. The worst offender came close to Christmas 2019 where a payment was due to be taken out by NordVPN on the 24th December. After two and a half weeks where NordVPN had not requested nor processed this payment and after chasing this with their online helpdesk twice in that time period, I finally gave up and opted to cancel the service. It's worth noting that during these times of NordVPN not taking my money, I obviously didn't have access to their service so, I was left without a VPN. That is when I was hit with two of the most worst and incompetent solutions from a NordVPN representative: 1) 'As a new customer, a payment can initially take a few days to process before your service starts." (I had already been a customer for months. The representative just didn't both to check my account and just copy/pasted that excuse which I'd heard many times prior to that.) 2) 'We recommend purchasing a 3 year plan in order to resolve this.' (I still cannot fathom why they thought this was an adequate solution and the representative had no response when I told him that in all fairness, NordVPN would probably take 3 months to process that payment at this rate.) I've never once had a company refuse to take money that I've agreed to give them for seemingly no reason and without a smidgen of an idea why. No company, bar NordVPN. In my personal opinion, an incompetent company that will allegedly offer you internet security... Let that sink in.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste VPN Dienst! Finde es aber bisschen komisch das nordvpn einen 24 Stunden timer seit einem Jahr hat so man für ~3 monatlich für 3 Jahre ein Abo machen kann (also 100+ 19%mwst)
I've received terrible service. Was trying to decide on whether to try NordVPN or ExpressVPN and went with Nord. Paid £103.96 and within 30 minutes of downloading and attempting to use it, the servers were slow and didn't work on the websites that I needed so I contacted their live chat and spoke to an agent. The agent told me they would issue a full refund and upon checking my bank account now, I've been refunded LESS than what I paid. So I contacted live chat again and they claim to have issued a full refund but my bank has charged international transaction fees. I've explained that if it was a refund then my bank wouldn't have charged fees. Its a refund for a service. It seems as if instead of refunding the money they've sent a payment hence why the fees were charged. After speaking to my bank they've confirmed that they wouldn't have charged fees for a refund as I would've already been charged a international transaction fee when I originally paid for the item not another fee for receiving a refund. I told the agent this and he said they issued the full refund (more like full payment sent so you get hit with fees) and that I should contact my bank. The difference isn't that much but considering I'm not currently working and every penny counts, its awful customer service and awful processes. The difference in the refund to the original payment could have funded 2 months worth of VPN services from another provider. If you're in the UK and are thinking of trying them out especially because of their 30 day money back guarantee.. I would be careful. I tried the service for less than an hour and was penalised for it.
I have this VPN since 2016 , I work online and my digital security on the internet made me look for something more than a good anti virus, I started to read about VPNs and found that it was what I was looking for to really secure on the internet, I researched a lot the best faster VPNs and safer, cost and benefit Nord VPN was a treasure I found for my digital life, for the same price as the most famous and most expensive VPN, I would have more simultaneous devices, more security like the '' Double VPN '' and even I would have 24 more subscription months, only 12 from the competitor, as I am Brazilian, sometimes I need to pay 3x more in Reais in conversion to the Dollar, in 2022 I will renew for another 3 years I hope to get another great discount for being an old customer. In a nutshell Nord VPN gave me the total security of a safe and unrestricted online life, really thanks to everyone involved!
