This is my first VPN. I chose it for one thing only. Privacy. The internet is a useful commodity for accomplishing many things. I am very concerned about privacy, identity, potentially harmful websites, and security. I have the usual gadgets for viruses, malware, trojans and other vermin out there. This VPN just adds another layer of protection and does that task very well. I appreciate the updates and support.
I purchased this to stream UK TV whilst abroad. Despite all the assurances that this would be possible on their website, I have never been able to get one British terrestrial channel and others are intermittent. They refused to refund any of the two years subscription fee when I complained that I could not use the service for the reason I purchased it as was past the 14 day cooling off period that the issues became completely apparent. In order to use it all now I have to clear the cache each time I want to watch TV and even then half the time it doesn't work. When contacting their customer services you need the be extremely IT literate as they do not explain in layman's terms.

Super happy with NordVPN. Use it mainly because i share my wifi with 22 roommates (big house!) But also ideal for public wifi when I travel for work. Quick and easy!

I am having problems with my router, i switched back to an older router, and the VPN service actually got faster. I am completely grateful for your service. Its impossible to measure the speed of the VPN service with the current router (yes my older router is that old... it cant even handle the service I pay my ISP for), but NordVPN more than serves the purpose for what i need. Keep up the good work.
Easy to connect or disconnect, connection remains fast, many choices of countries for connection.
The service is good, but the macOS client is buggy as hell. From time to time I'm logged out, the profiles are gone and the UI crashes.
Thought i would give Nord a try as most reviewers scored it highly. I wish i had not bothered. I have to turn it off to access a lot of sites. My e.mail wont load unless it gets turned off. I cannot access either Netflix or Amazon at all unless it's off. I have tried all different setting combinations to no avail. I paid with Amazon so i was able to disable auto renew. All in all a complete waste of money.
