I subscribed to your application after searching the net and found you as one of the best 10 VPN apps Not that I’m doing something criminal but I sometimes browse page I don’t want seen in my history and I don’t want to be a victim of a hacker from these sites I would like to inform you that for more than a month now I cannot connect to any server to hide my IP That is after I started my subscription for a couple of weeks at most I cannot connect to a chosen server Best server Dedicated server Or my favorite servers that I used to connect to before This is weird and bad & I think that through my email you can confirm my statement I had it working on 2 notebooks & 2 mobile phones of mine As you stated I can use up to 5 equipment Things were smooth for a couple of weeks then it became very difficult to connect And now I cannot connect at all I went out of the trap of possible hackers through suspicious page on web to fall in the trap of paying subscription for a year to an app that works for 2 weeks I would like to have a prompt response plz

My experience is that Nord refuses to provide a 1 800 number for customer support. Their customer support is hiding behind a computer screen via chat. The instructions given did not fix my connectivity issue. Do what I did and upgrade to a better VPN experience. Go to AVAST.
Their service works the first 30 days when you can still get your money back. After that, it's horribly slow and throttled, despite them saying it isn't. Customer service keeps going around in endless circles, hoping you'll give up and just let them keep your money for no service. I've sent them multiple emails, videos of their crap service on email, did all the song and dance with tech support and they still waste my time with, "Do another speed test". No phone number to get actual humans to answer your questions. I don't recommend them AT ALL. Save your money and don't waste your time. Next stop: Calling my credit card company.
I purchased the 3-year plan for 2.99/month, as my identity was stolen & wanted to prevent any further hacking; but after the first month, I was unable to reconnect/login to my account. I kept changing my password, to see if that was the problem. I still was unable to log in, even immediately after changing my password! It would not accept my username as my email. They offer no option to help with your username - only password. After wasting time trying to log in each time over the last few months, and giving up each time, as who has time to waste trying to login over & over to this "protection plan" with no success? So when it doesn't work after changing your password, do you have time to keep changing your password, or wasting time in a chat to help you log in, that goes nowhere. That is THEIR plan: for us to buy the 3-year plan (with only a 30-day $ back guarantee). Their coverage works for the first 30 days, then stops working, past the point where you can get a refund. I purchased my plan beginning of July, and have been unable to log in for months. Finally canceled today, cuz I had some time to really try to figure out the real problem, but can't get refunded for the months I couldn't log in. (I didn't have the time to waste to figure out the problem; chats don't work, they have no phone #, just email & chat). Stay away, this is a scam, doesn't work!

The sale countdown timer on the main website is fake. If you clear cookies the timer resets to its original value., This is a really dishonest marketing tactic. Why should we trust a company like that with our data?
(I would give 0 stars if possible for interacting with this sham company has wasted my time rather than given me any useful service.) Slow service/poor bandwidth. Their OSX client app never worked for me and their support procedure was slow and frankly embarrassing (in the end they directed me to download a third party application, that's when I gave up on NordVPN). They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee (which is a big part of the reason I signed up with them) however, when trying to get said refund, they do all but flat-out refuse to refund your money preferring to argue and waste your time. "If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 30 days following your purchase of NordVPN Service. We seek your full satisfaction with our services. However, we would like to troubleshoot an issue you experience first. There are common VPN service configuration issues that may hinder NordVPN service for you and we resolve most of user issues encountered." , NordVPN interpret this as having a right to make you do whatever they want after you've claimed a refund, before they issue it. This is coercing already disgruntled customers into working as QA/testers for them to improve their flaky service. They, in my case at least, are in breach of the UK's Consumer Rights Act and I shall be taking my case further. There might also be questions to answer to the advertising standards authority. Don't trust them with your data.
