Not that many problems occurred in the two years of using Nord, so I'm quite happy with the product itself. Of course, it's unfortunate that I didn't manage to make it work with SKY GO, but I haven't contacted CS about this issue yet, maybe they will advise something after I reach out. Overall, I noticed how fast their service is expanding, this means their business is doing well, and the reason behind it must be the growth of users. So I guess, they're doing something right.

I just got this VPN-service and i read a lot of bad comments here. These are not reviews, thats why i want to atleast put some real experiences here. I get an average of 40mb/s downloadspeed on almost all servers. (sometimes full isp speed 180mb/s, but not reliable) Some sites do block some servers but this is a VPN and if they didnt there would be something wrong. The windows app works, but can get stuck (windows app became unresponsive twice while i was changing servers a lot, no problems on phone, i even think it uses a lot less battery than other similair apps that drain my phone) . A restart helped every time on my pc (kill switch did still work even if the app was unresponsive.) The only thing i would like is a way to cycle servers quick and easy. All in all it works and is cheap. I rlly like it.
Works as expected. Haven't experienced any major lagging while streaming in HD and it seems like torrenting speed haven't dropped that much either. Looking forward to next week when I'll be able to test how it works with Netflix from abroad. No regrets as of yet though.

They claim to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they don't. Here's the conversation I had with them: Me: I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Reply: May I ask what issues did you have with our services? Me: I just want to cancel my subscription and get a refund!!! Reply: May I ask what issues did you have with our services and why do you wish to receive a refund? Me: I did not experience any issue, but realised that I don’t need your service anyway. Reply: Surely, you can find a way to make our VPN service useful to you - maybe you would enjoy choosing from a variety of different streaming services?
Servers are laggy as hell cant even run simple things without huge spikes and laggyness. Avoid this host if you actually want to do stuff on the internet.
Poor support model. I have had problems right from the start with nordvpn. I have struggled to find a UK server that I can connect to from the UAE. In total I'd say in the past 6 months I've been successful no more than a few days in total. Worst is their customer support. They are quick to respond but the model is all wrong. Instead of having one person help and work through options you get a different person every time you reply. Im in the middle of a long support chain of back and forth emails and every single time the instructions don't make sense because the new support person hasn't read the history. I am spending time trying to follow instructions that can not be followed. It's very frustrating. If I hadn't paid up front for 3 years I'd have given up long ago.
A problem from the begining, then spend my time to get it going ok, then another update and everything is rubbish again, spending to much of my own time fixing this thing.
This vpn provider is terrible. I purchased a 3 year subscription just to use nfl gamepass in brasil. It work for about a month. The speed was slow and video quality was ittermittent. Most servers would not give internet most of the time. It would take hours to find a server. The sound was always out of sync. Today i could not even connect. I contacted support they said they dont support gamepass. I said it worked last week. They then said their engineers are working on it. All websites except gamepass work. I switched to expressvpn and everything works great, sound was in sync, video quality perfect. Sometimes saving money costs you more money. Fake positive reviews lead to me selecting them as a provider.
