well... i tried to fix a problem with split tunneling not working and i tried for hours! contacted Harris on the customer support chat and he was f**ng nice. I would not have that patience hehe... he stayed with me for about 40 min until he figured out through Teamviewer it was a small windows update! thank you for your help bud, you did nice work.

They are running a SCAM. Do not purchase at any cost. Support doesn't exist and all they will do is gonna lie and make fake promises. The VPN would never connect and support doesnt know what's going on. They even refused to refund or fix the issue. Liars, cheaters and scammers. I will post this everyday so that I can save as may users as possible from falling for their scam.
