Great VPN service for small money! I am satisfied with their range of servers in all kinds of countries. They supply apps for almost any device. I was having an issue using my Mac to share my internet connection to my PS4 so I could use the VPN with it. I contacted customer support, for the 3rd time after facing connectivity issues with the VPN itself, via the Live chat and was told that what I was trying to do was not possible despite the site having an article on how to do what I was trying to do. I went through my issue with the support agent but no resolution was found. Suddenly, when I was typing a reply to a message sent by the agent, he ended the chat and sent an automated reply on how he was here for my assistance 24/7. It was clear that he didn't know how to resolve my issue and therefore ended the chat to avoid addressing that. When I viewed the email chat transcript, it showed me he archived the chat immediately also. This is very poor customer service.
