Awesome service. Really. 100% reliability. I can only strongly recommend Torguard.
Gave it a go... I didn't like it.. Speeds kind of sucked and you couldn't access streaming for hulu they banned it and flag your IP as an "anonymous proxy" not really worth the money.
If only all companies were like these guys. 1000000% Customer service
Excellent service and support, the VPN and proxy services are reliable and they are always very fast to resolve any issues I may have.
The product(s) they supply to me have been excellent and their support is truly remarkable in this era of almost universal lousy assistance. Their support staff don't use any "I understand how you feel and will do my best to help..." nonsense. For English speakers they are 100% comprehensible, offering apparently native tongue assistance. They respond really, really quickly in real time (I'm convinced they don't sleep) and they have never failed to resolve any issues. It would take a monumental crisis for me to change to any other provider.
Support has been excellent since I first signed up. Prompt responses, thorough and easy to understand instructions. I had some issues with installing on my iPad and Mike walked me through the process and even created a custom config file to make things easier. Can't say enough about this company's customer support.

This VPN is your nightmare. There are a bunch of complaints I have, All of their servers are slow but REAL slow I normally have 200/5 speeds but with their VPN I have 70/30 With other VPNs like PIA I get 170/5. I contacted support about the speeds and they tried o help me with teamviewer but with no success. The excuse of the support guy was "It's not our fault it's because you have a really good fiber connection with high Download/Upload rates" Which is bull**** because most American homes have 200+/200+ I asked for a refund because of the speeds they refused and said it's my fault it's too slow for me because of my 200/5 Download/Upload speeds. I will never recommend this VPN to anyone, It's slow, expensive and the support are dumb. Please try to avoid this VPN as much as you can. EDIT: it’s been 24 hours since I wrote the review. I’ve got an email from trustpilot that torguard are trying to take down my review because “TorGuard's reason for reporting Users review is the exact same text that was given on an older fake apple iOS review wrote by individuals related to Mullvad.” which is completely false and you can check it yourself. I’ve contacted their support to take down the claim but they said they can’t do anything about it and just tried to dodge me as much as they can.
