Customer service is excellent! Instead of waiting a day or two for a reply, I was able to get feedback about my problems within minutes of sending an email and Mike in particular kept up with the communications UNTIL my problems were resolved. It doesn't get any better than this!

I had initial issues with torguard however they rectified these and since the service has been fine. They also provides a better router as compensation and extended my deal by the delayed time. The issue was somehow they posted the router to Australia instead of UK.

They offered a 7 day free trial. I could not access draftkings.com and asked for the refund day 1. They offered me to try a dedicated IP. I did, didn't work, two different times. Day 3 requested refund with online chat service. Was asked to wait for escalation. Day 5 asked again via chat. Was told there was no escalation note, apology and we will escalate. Still nothing so finally was told to raise a ticket. Day 7. Was told I exceeded the seven days. Customer service told me if I don't have transcripts of chats then no refund. Total delay scam. Below you see a request for a ticket which I gave them and got no where. Also, they offered me a FREE use of IP to see if it worked (2 in fact). They want to look all helpful here but they were not else the guys with my ticket number would have refunded it. Same game they play on their chat lines.

VPN no longer works at my school I'm about to decide probably not to buy products from TorGuard again I made a ticket and they tried to resolve it every option to do which I did and still didn't work very dissapointed it NO longer works at my school is anyone is looking for an vpn to use at a strict government place this vpn will not work even stealth didn't work

I ordered two VPN routers from Torguard one on 6-30-2017 and the second one on 7-3-2017. After two weeks with no response from Torguard I started calling and emailing. still no response. I then complained through Paypal. I received an email then from Torguard saying order reversed and pending. another week went by no reply. I then moved complaint up to a case. Another week went by I received a refund on both routers. I still haven't received any communition fron Torguard. The service seems to work good but no support. In the future I will find another VPN source.

I needed a simple, effective VPN for use while at work. Purchased during a promo period, was previously paying double from another competitor and the service with TorGuard is exceptionally better. Speeds are double, no latency issues like with previous VPN service. Quick initial connection and completely secure, would recommend for sure.

Everything works as it should and those times there have been technical problems, or where I just have had a technical question or some other kind of question regarding their services etc. then they have always been quick to reply. I highly recommend them!
