What a breath of fresh air compared to the last VPN i was using and even though i'm stuck on a one year plan with that one i've stopped using it. Torguard is so much better, i can stream now at great quality without the constant buffering i was getting with the other provider.

Shockingly fast responses that answered my multiple questions completely. The tech was thorough, and made absolutely sure all of my questions were answered and everything was working properly.
I use TorGuard strictly on public wi fi as I travel, domestically and internationally. For me, safety on public, non-password protected networks is crucial rather than streaming hulu or netflix. I cannot say how well TorGuard works for streaming.... Having said that, I find the service provided by TorGuard to be just what I need and at a very good price. Due to how I use TorGuard VPN I've found the set-up and implementation of their product to be simple and easy. I have had to contact support on several occasions for simple questions and they have been prompt and helpful. I use the service on my laptop and android device. The speed and range of servers is very good, in my opinion. I will renew my service with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
Usain Bolt is the fastest running human, the Spirit of Qatar is the fastest catamara, and the X-15 is the fastest aeroplane in the world. But TorGuard's customer service has to be part of this list as well... I have never experienced something like this. The tickets, no matter the priority, were answered within 5 minutes most of the time. The VPN is amazing and the dedicated gigabit line makes me able to play games or even stream without ANY lag or hindrence. Although the service is quite expensive, it is worth every penny.
I have NEVER had a tech support team go as far and above to help me solve a problem as this group did! I have nothing but praise for them. If I could rate them 10 stars instead of just 5, I would! Thank you all for being so great!
