After extensive researching VPN's, I decided to go with PIA. Not the best (Express VPN) or the least expensive (Cyberghost) but for the “average” non business user, I found PIA to meet all of my needs to secure my internet usages at a reasonable price. I did have trouble setting up the program but was able to do it. I have not needed help yet so I can’t address the other reviewers concern of lack of it. As a first time user, I’m pleased to know my internet usage is no longer open to all.

DO NOT WAIST WAIST YOUR TIME VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT Did not have a chance to use this service . Very complicated log in. Very slow customer support. No supervisor in the weekend. Long WAIT time and BAD SUPPORT from first level. Waiting for supervisor response 4 days. Still NO ANSWER.

Private internet access (PIA) support informed me in writing the client version I should download for older mac, which could not run latest client build. However a week later when I tried to download the client was not available and they told that client was obsoleted. They told same story more than 5 times, but never addressed my issue. PIA support should stick to their commitment and not letting me and my customers down. There is certainly room for improvement of support. Hence this 0 star review.
