L'application fonctionne très bien et est à l'écoute des feedbacks de clients. Des mises à jour constantes sont proposées et l'utilisation de l'application est facilitée à chaque nouvelle version. Service clientèle rapide et présent. Fournit de super conseils de sécurité. Dommage simplement que le service de facturation ne propose pas aux abonnés les mêmes promotions qu'aux prospects, et ce, même lorsque l'on renouvelle son abonnement.🤔🤔 Sinon le rapport qualité-prix est excellent (sur les abonnements longs), probablement le meilleur du marché. La distribution (dans plusieurs pays, y compris en Afrique!) et le nombre de serveurs est également une force qui rend ce service versatile.
Aside from some issues with watching sites I stream movies on, this is way better than my experience with NordVPN. And the UI for controlling PIA is so simple and easy to work with.

I was unable to renew my subscription via the PIA web site and the error messages I received were completely unhelpful. I was only able to renew after contacting customer support, twice, and a special renewal link was provided to me. Renewing a subscription should never be so difficult!

Et rigtig godt produkt til at være anonym på nettet, så man slipper for hacker og andre dårlige ting kommer ind. Det køre rigtig godt, og er meget stabilt. Har haft det i næsten 2 år nu, og der har aldrig været problemer. Det er meget brugervenlig, og så er prisen det helt rigtige. Jeg giver 5 stjerner, da jeg syntes rigtig godt om Private Internet Access.
Cant access UK TV neither ITV, lotto or BBC Iplayer. These platforms will not let you join if you are using a vpn even if you are in the UK. this is the second time I have signed up, the new advertising got me but still can't get on to Iplayer. IPVanish is better
PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. After a week, I have no forty dollars, no help, no solution to one single problem,no VPN protection, and hundreds of dollars in lost income...All because I, too, got ripped off by P.I.A. Prepare yourself to spend hours floundering in the world's-worst-installation, worst confirmation, worst website, worst chats, worst problem tickets and worst slave labor force. NOTHING works at P.I.A. Know why P.I.A. won't speak to you on the phone? Because its rich owners and managers know that no one can understand its foreign slaves. In consequence it uses all this software from "Deskpro", and none of it works. For example, I wasted 45 minutes today endlessly typing CONTROL + and CONTROL - over and over because its chat fields kept disappearing off the lower right-hand corner of my screen.* I sure hope I've kept you from paying any money to PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS; THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.
Na een tijdje bij NordVPN te hebben gezeten (daar gebeuren dingen die het daglicht niet kunnen verdragen) en omdat ik overgestapt ben van Windows naar Ubuntu, heb ik toch maar weer besloten een abbonnement bij PIA te nemen. Er wordt veel gespeculeerd dat PIA niet meer betrouwbaar zou zijn na de overname door KAPE (wat vroeger Crossrider was en zich bezig hield met ad-/malware). Het lijkt echter of Kape goede wil heeft om een succes van PIA te maken. Ik ben na even weg geweest te zijn erg onder de indruk van de APP. Mooi vormgegeven en duidelijk. Veel mogelijkheden voor ervaren gebruikers en de optie om programma's uit te sluiten is erg welkom. Wat me ook aangenaam verraste is dat PIA tegenwoordig Netflix ondersteunt. De snelheid is ook goed te noemen. Enige verbeterpuntje zou de snelheid op de Amerikaanse servers kunnen zijn. Met mijn 100mbit lijn haal ik daar maar 18mbit, maar dat is voldoende om de Amerikaanse versie van Netflix te streamen. Al met al een goede indruk en hopelijk blijft PIA zich inzetten voor de privacy van haar klanten !
