VPN didn't do what I wanted so I cancelled my subscription within the 7 days. Received a reasonably prompt email asking to confirm my order number before I'm refunded. Which I did and have heard nothing since. 👎

Works exactly as you'd expect. Latency is good. Price is good. Customer support is fantastic. Linux and FOSS support generally is A+.

Ventajas: -Por precio, es una de los proveedores de VPN mas barato de mi país (México). -Te permite realizar la conexión de la VPN por OpenVPN (Cliente PC o PFSense) sin necesidad de instalar algún software propietario. Desventajas: -La dirección IP de salida para los servidores de México esta bloqueada en muchos sitios. Esto hace que muchos sitios como de gobierno, bancos, etc. sean inaccesibles usando la VPN. El soporte técnico de PIA sugiere que la conexión se haga a través de otros servidores fuera de México, ya que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Esto ocasiona muchos inconvenientes, desde latencia a que los contenidos de las paginas te muestren cosas diferentes. -Servicio de Netflix México no funciona si la VPN esta en uso. -PIA fue adquirida por Kape Tecnologies, una compañía por practicas cuestionables. Generando incertidumbre y desconfianza del uso del servicio.

It’s a great VPN for IPhone, works quickly and efficiently without draining your battery. Only issue is the PC version is supper slow! When I connect to the USA (East) or New York on my pc I get 0.02mbs download and 3mbs upload!!! It does work with Netflix but only if you connect to a server in the USA or Japan, and because of this you can’t watch Netflix. I am very disappointed in this VPN also considering is a fairly high priced VPN compared to others.

So far it's been a great service. Easy to set up, and the DL speeds are quite good compared to other VPN service providers.

It does all it promises to do, redirect your IP to another server, block ads, unlimited bandwidth, etc. Unfortunately, it does not unlock the Netflix service. It was my main object with a VPN.

Speeds vary wildly. During the day, most of my apps are unusable because my network connect slows to a crawl. The app is intuitive and detects fairly well when on a trusted network. I have subscribed off and on to PIA over the years and the result is always same for me. Very slow speeds negate any usefulness of the vpn.

Overall a very reliable and easy to use service. I just wish they would change their website, it looks outdated and almost made me choose a different VPN provider. Which would have been a mistake since PIA is so awesome.
