10 USD per month is definitely too much for such service: - Average browsing and rather poor P2P performance; - Poor encryption used – DES-CBC 64 bit The only good thing is that they do not keep any logs.

I was having trouble with "resolving host" issue when connected. Contacted customer service, and Shayne was right on the problem. It took a little while to figure out, but Shayne responded right away and stuck with me until he solved the issue. 5 star customer service! And the VPN-S connection is very fast now, barely perceptable when I'm connected.

I was shopping for a service. They have 24/7 support that is good and responsive. My main criteria was P2P/Torrents, NO logs, Kill Switch, and OpenVPN The product itself is exceptional. Everything works very well. No problems and good bandwidth. I am using their proxy and their VPN called VPNSecure. I like their service so I want to support them. I hope you like them as much as I do. Greg

We were shopping for a service for awhile as we deal with intellectual property and have many prying eyes, also data security and privacy shouold be a Right to all hence we shopped for a lifetime privacy service and not only is support brilliant and responsive knowing our needs and fulfilling them fast, the product itself is exceptional. We've tried the most premium of them all and thought that's it, nothing else could match it, but it was too heavy on the wallet although worth it, only difference is it was based in Switzerland and also had premiu end-points that have no suspicion or confirmation of network sharing or proxies. Hence you'd pay a premium for that. Aside from that, here I believe it has been done, can't fault it at all for the price and has all the necessary features for what it set out to do and MORE, yet with out unnecessary 'marketing type' bells and whistles adding bloat and slowing things down eventually through resource hogging GUIs and complex code to over complicate things.. here it's sleek, it's fast and worth every cent. And has some surprises too. We are curious at the technical know how of pple who rated any less than 4... they should go try some others and see how protected they REALLY are... Outstanding guys, thanks and support is 6STARS! Only issue now is reviewing this violates our privacy, but we want to do it as we believe in small business > large corporations.. and here it is very deserving. Thanks!

I signed up for a lifetime account and am very happy with the price I paid and am equally happy with the speeds and quality of services provided. They do not log traffic, or cap connections and also have 24/7 support via webchat and email, you are also allowed to connect up-to 10 devices at the same time provided that they're using different servers, these things other VPN providers need to take note of. The application itself is easy to navigate and use, switching servers is a breeze and this allows you to view geo-locked content. My only gripe is that Windows UAC doesn't allow you to auto-start the client on boot-up, a guide on how to overcome this without resorting to switching off UAC on their site would be a very helpful addition.

Excellent support provided - over and above what I expected. Having made the mistake of buying two licenses from a third party for the same product and with due regard to the ensuing confusion....... Before signing up I asked several questios via the online chat and received quick answers to my questions. My main criteria was P2P/Torrents, NO logs, Kill Switch, and OpenVPN...all YES! The software was easy to install and easy to choose the various options and it logged into my chosen sites quickly. I tried several with no problems. Speed is very good on the sites I have tried. I was able to get a lifetime license for $39 and I consider that a great bargain for this VPN service.

I was a long-time PIA subscriber attracted to VPN secure by a deal too good to miss. Since switching I've found the service and speed to be just as good, if not better, and their support staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful and effective. No complaints at all - these folks really know what they're doing.
