I got a Lifetime package. Service works great. When there is a technical problem (which isn't often) tech support is quick and helps fix things right. Great service, I highly recommend them.
I have had no problems using this VPN provider. Support messages are often very quick to respond to user problems. Keep an eye on sharewareonsale.com or bitsdujour.com as they often have deals on a LIFETIME subscription for a VPN service with this company. :-) :-D

VPN does NOT work most of the time. The way they set up their systems require users to use another VPN to access their VPN which is utterly ridiculous. Try to connect their homepage vpnunlimited com and see if cloudflare blocks it for you because if it does then you won't be able to use that service. Customer support tries to be helpful but a few random russians won't help you Edit: I apologize to all Russians and vpnunlimited staff here. I forgot this 1 star review I have given them after my initial problems. Their support is extremely helpful, fast and polite however prodct has some problems. To clear some things up: I bought their service from a retail seller stacksocial which meant KeepSolid (vpn unlimited company) support not being able to refund me I had to contact stacksocial. They don't normally give refunds but they said they would reconsider in case keepsolid allowed them which they actually did (huge thx to vpn unlimited here) Second, I contacted support quite a few times and although they tried to help they couldn't because some kinda ISP blocking problem was in place. Now considering that I bought a VPN just so that ISP cannot block me, this is not acceptable and this problem still remains. So why didn't I refunded? Product works both on mobile and on Chrome, it is just their desktop app that is not working because app cannot connect to their backend servers to verify my subscription then prompts me to buy again. Horrible and stupid design on their end. However after Bogdan (a vpn unlimited support staff) helped me through setting up openVPN on my computer I can now use this service through that application. I still think this is not ideal however it is not a bad workaround for now. Here is hoping that some day I can use their native app and protocols to connect. Until then I will keep my review at 3 stars
I totally appreciate their great friendly customer service. Had a view issues with my connection/laptop and every time I emailed for support, I got an answer straight away. For me personally this means a lot. Technically-wise, I'm happy with the VPN too. It does its job accordingly.

Very happy so I bought a Lifetime Subscription last year. Have used their VPN product for 3 years after moving from a competitor. My primary use is when I travel outside the US and need to get around content restrictions. Works well. What has surprised me is how far they have responded to technical questions I've thrown at them, and how accommodating they always are as well. Good guys to work with.
