As always, excellent Service! I had an issue with connectivity and had it solved almost immediately.
It took me a second to understand and get this app/program working on all my devises but the customer service was friggin EXCELLENT in aiding in my learning and adaptation process. I havent had such immediate and knowledgeable IT cs from any other technology. THANK YOU to my CS IT guy, YURIY Z!!!! and i forgot to mention this VP is DOPE!. . . i tested and tried several different VPN's and kept this one! Not only does it work better than 5 other VPN's i tried, the IT CS is SUPERB! Thanks again

I'm a happy with the service, anytime I have an issue with services. I get my emails to respond in a timely matter. Most of the time is my fault, not knowing how to change the settings, etc., etc. They have gone above and beyond to solve my technical issues and account issues as well. I'm always on VPN Unlimited; I recommend to try and before let frustration gets the best of you, send an email and ask them you won't lose anything.
Sunday evening, I have some trouble with identifying missing slots and they respond in under 15 minutes with a solution. Impressive!!!
