Geat service, customer support excellent, very prompt response and clear problem solving instructions which worked first time
I got it mainly for China, Mexico and the UK and it’s much faster than what I had been using. When I initially signed up I linked it to my Google account without giving it much thought, then today in China I realized I can’t authenticate there. Support helped me to edit my profile and set it up so I can login not via Google (but I had to connect with my previous VPN provider to be able to do that from China). Just something to keep in mind if you choose to link with your Google or Facebook accounts!

Simple to use with brilliant support. I needed a VPN to access my media accounts in USA. The support was very important because the older you get, the less patience you have to deal with technology and apps. On minor occasions (could also be external factors) I do come across a drop out or two, but overall, the speeds are great, and added to that, the sublime customer support service? I have been a customer of KeepSolid VPN Unlimited since January of 2018. I recently had an issue with login and contacted customer service for help. I had prompt support and the issue was resolved 1 day later. My thanks to Max Rodionov from the support team! The 2 most important issues for me regarding a product that I purchase are that both the product and customer service be excellent. It has been my experience that VPN Unlimited has both.
