I was having problems adding slots to my account. I sent an email to support and received a response almost as quick as I received confirmation of a ticket. I have never seen a support crew that responded so quickly. I am not only a huge fan of the VPN product, I am now a huge fan of KeepSolid's support team. Very impressed with the prompt and courteous customer service! I've had very few issues with the software, when there was an issue it was addressed quickly and all sorted within an hour. I mainly use VPN Unlimited to get around 'geoblocking' for streaming sites overseas, buffering is seldom a problem. I highly recommend KeepSolid to anyone considering a reliable VPN. Cheers!

This is an excellent VPN, never lets me down, anywhere in the world, super reliable and great customer support. I can't recommend them highly enough; don't wast time with 'free' supposed VPNs - after using it for 4 years, I've opted for the lifetime subscription.

This is the second time I have downloaded from KeepSolid VPN Unlimited. This time I purchased 10 VPN protocols. These connections make me more secure in dealing with everything on my Desktop, laptops, Android and a new tablet. Especially with banks and government agencies getting hacked. It is not a perfect solution by itself, so I use TWO_FACTOR sign on for Email, websites that I purchase goods on, Facebook, and especially banking!
