went for upgrade to premium with dns firewall . was surprised that the announced extras features offers are not existing anywhere, nothing added to the vpn and no discount anywhere. its clear that the way they try to convince customers to upgrade is not going to work, i canceled myorder got $49.99 back, but will check later if they merit it i will upgrade

Extremely poor customer support attitude by live chat agent "Larry". Did not receive purchase confirmation email for MAY2020 and reached out to support agent for assistance to obtain the receipt. Following unprofessional response from the support agent, chat was ended abruptly by KEEPSOLID and did not receive any resolution.

Great service and fast support! I am using VPN Unlimited already for a couple of years. Very rarely I have connection problems, but a reconnection to their server usually helps.

Normalerweise ist eine VPN- Einrichtung unter Linux eine heikle Sache. KeepSolid VPN kommt mit einem simplen Client für Linux, bei dem keine Vorkenntnisse im Linux bzw. im Netzwerk erforderlich sind. Getestet habe ich bereits paar dutzende VPN- Anbieter, aber ich habe bisher noch keinen anderen gesehen, wo Soft für Linux so vernünftig aufgebaut wurde. KeepSolid VPN habe ich mehrfach geprüft, stets kein Leck. Mit dem Kauf bin ich dementsprechend mehr als zufrieden.

Easy to use on all my devices, and on the odd occasion that I have had any sort of problem the help has been quick, efficient, and friendly. It would be nice if there were a few more locations to choose from around the world but the important things is that it works.

Not a bad service. Speeds are decent and the price is, obviously, extremely competitive. Only the US Netflix catalogue is featured, however, and there is no ad-blocking functionality. Other, similarly priced, competitors do have these so it would be nice to see them added in future.
