I do have problems with Keepsolid from time to time. However, everytime I do and I let them know, it takes only a few minutes before they get back to me with a solution. How can you beat that?

At the begining I was a bit skeptikal, but the more I use it the more I like it. They have a lot of locations and I have never had problems with the speed or the connection. In addition to this their website is minimalist and intuitive, everything is in its place and a lot of documentation and help files are availible. The support is also nice, answer in minutes and resolve your problems. The best VPN service you can find for the price.

I'm on this VPN for more than 1 year (I have an eternal account), and never had any lag. I travel America, Asia and Europe. I needed support once, wrote an email with the application. Received support in less than 5 minutes. I was astounded! My problem of old fart was fixed in less than 20 minutes... Unbelievable!

Have been using Keep Solid VPN for some 18 months now and has been great. Purchased a lifetime membership on a special for $21 AUD. I had an issue with my subscription and contacted support through the program and had a reply within 10 mins and tested the program again .. All fixed ... Great support for a great program. Highly recommend

Complete scam. Purchase a one month subscription and then shortly after purchased the lifetime subscription. Found out two years later they kept billing every month even after purchasing lifetime subscription. Be very careful, clear scam and would not make it right.
