Really easy to setup and use. I like the variety of locations that I can choose. I would have given this product a "5" rating, except that I notice that certain websites seem to take a lot longer when I have the VPN connected, than when I don't. It doesn't occur too frequently, but when it does, it's kind of a pain.
Only works about 50% of the time to let me watch British TV from abroad.
