I couldn’t get it to work. I understand technical issues. But I cancelled the automatic renewal. They still went ahead & took £107.99 from my account. Many months later, they still haven’t refunded my money. It’s bad enough I paid for a year that I couldn’t use but for money to be taken from my account for another year is farcical. AVOID!!!
