I live in the Las Vegas, NV area. When I turn on my laptop, the VPN goes to Central USA which means you have to click on USA West and check Las Vegas. I would be so much easier and makes more sense that it would goes to Las Vegas when it loads the program.

Persistently attempts to re-connect, the most annoying noise when it does so, which cannot be turned off. Crashes 2/3 times a day, very glitchy when opening the laptop if you leave the firewall on.
