Cela fait un mois que j'utilise le VPN Surfshark, Je l'ai installé sur 3 appareils Android où il est excellent, se connectant facilement et rapide. Par contre, je l'ai installé sur 3 PC sous Windows 10 et un seul a pu se connecter, les deux autres, malgré une aide en ligne bien présente, n'ont jamais pu se connecter. On peut remarquer sur les forums que de nombreuses personnes ont des difficultés avec les différents VPN existants sous Windows. J'envisage en dernier lieu une réinstallation complète de Windows sur 2 PC mais c'est quand même frustrant que l'aide en ligne de Surfshark ne m'a pas permis d'éviter cela. En espérant que cela règlera le problème.
Impressed with Surfshark so far. The program is as effective as it is easy to use. Support is quick to respond, friendly and efficient plus the price is very reasonable. Online checks show that it's doing what it supposed to. Meaning it's working to obscure what I'm doing, Where I'm doing it and who I am. All in all it's all good.
Great VPN service! I have multiple devices on a Verizon Fios 100mps service, Android TV box, Win 10 PC, iPhone and iPad. All were running the app successfully. But I wanted more, so I found out Surfshark also provides for a DD-WRT router to run open VPN. Again everything was working fine. However speed was slow. Used the on line chat option and tech walked me through several fixes. All devices are getting awesome speed now even through the DD-WRT router. Just needed to tweak a few settings. Great Price, Great Service. Great Customer Service. Give these guys a try, you might like it. And so will your wallet!
I have had surfshark for about 4 months, (2 or 3 updates all included) it is easy to understand, inexpensive to use, and quick to get on! All of you devices are covered for the one fee, it is 5 eyes free something I wanted.
Très bon VPN. Étant frontalier avec le Luxembourg parfois quelques déconnection... dommage mais il suffit de se connecter en France. Très bonne protection VPN
It took three attempts and a dispute lodgement with my credit card to get them to honour their 30 day back money back guarentee. And I asked for the refund the same day I purchased the subscription. if I could not trust them to swiftly honour their own selling strategy, it made me wonder how I could possibly trust them with anything else.
At least Surfshark gave me a prompt refund. So although Surfshark did not work for me on my Win7 Pro computers, they did honor their refund commitment.
Gran servicio y atencion, lo utilizo para test y dispone de muchas nodos en diferentes paises. Eso sumado al precio lo hacen una excelente opcion.
Autodidacte de l'informatique, j'aime bien Surfshark pour sa simplicité et ses fonctionnalités. Longtemps, j'ai souhaité protéger "la vie privée de mon foyer" avec un VPN, les promos faites par cette marque m'ont permis de concrétiser ce souhait et je dois dire que j'en suis fort satisfait.
