I’ve lost connection through my home laptop using windows10 Every night for the last 2 weeks. I tried the other connections and still couldn’t reconnect. I have to reboot my laptop to re establish connectivity.
Very useful especially in switching countries for Netflix. Works perfectly for that. Also Cleanweb makes surfing so much easier without annoying ads. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. Some servers need to be checked for consistency. They drop the connection in their part and Surfshark still keeps the connection even though there is no Internet. Perhaps a feature to check this could be implemented.
Fair price for a perfect service ! Unlimited devices are a must, large bandwidth is also much appreciated. Support/customer service is quick, helpful and responsive. Not much servers available as other VPN providers tbh but it covers my needs by far.
Having used the service and also intreacting with the support team, it tells you a lot about the service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Good going so far and got my issue resolved as well.
It is the most cost-effective VPN option in the market, but I still want it to hurdle, and handle, the Amazon Prime app like ExpressVPN does.

Horrible! Won’t work after update. Support stinks! Can’t get it to run, cannot remove it to reinstall. Waste of money, and huge waste of time trying to get it to run after update. Much better VPN’s available. To be avoided. Terrible product and service. Support had me download third-party software to uninstall, which didn’t work. Just horrible. Do yourself a favor and use Nord VPN! Useless response from Surfshark. Their “Live Chat” is useless and wasted a significant amount of my time. Had me going in circles repeating useless unhelpful steps. Junk software and terrible customer support and service. Won’t issue refund for useless non-working program. Do not waste your money on Surfshark. Pitiful company that does a lot of talking, but can’t back it up with substance. Nord VPN is the way to go for support and service.

I have been using it for 6 months or so and found no issues. They are easy to contact via Fakebook and always quick to help. I am in Australia and can say the download speeds are pretty good while using it. I did a lot of research and it was either SS or Express VPN. I went with SS because of the price and do not regret it. I tried Black VPN and Private VPN previously, and Private is prob the best out there, but its way too expensive.
