I bought the Surfshark VPN on a 30 day money back guarantee and tried to download it onto my Amazon fire tv, but I couldn’t. So I contacted their 24/7 customer support team, I was given some instructions via email on how to go into settings and change allow apps from third party. Within a few minutes I had downloaded the Surfshark app and I was connected to the VPN. It really was a walk through the park. I am extremely satisfied to see such a strong security posture on the Surfshark VPN extensions. The best thing I like about the app is, you can connect & use all your family devices simultaneously. It's all OK. Only, I'd like to understand better wich VPN server is faster from my location. If this indication is given, sorry but I didn't find it.

Still new but so far, besides the occasional disconnections, which I have reported to no avail, Surfshark does what it is suppose to do, but like I said, it is still early days. Everything runs the way it should, or at least I hope they do. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, I would. Customer care is well mannered and efficient. btw, I reported the occasional disconnections direct to SurfShark via the app and not via Customer Care.
