Easy to set up. Simple user interface No limit on number of devices. Best value for price Have Surfshark on my phone ,tablet, laptop. Also on daughters tablet. Let's her view our national tv players ( overcomes geolocking) when she is travelling Lots of servers world wide and on very rare occasion I had speed issues it took seconds to change servers. At start on first device set up had issues (had never used a vpn )but in a few moments had connected to online chat with customer support and had all issues resolved. I use it mainly for iptv( my isp also supplies tv services which I do not subscribe to ) I noticed my Isp speeds fluctuated vastly when I watched iptv resulting in loss of streams but once I installed surfshark all was ok
It's simple to use and quick, but I ordered a 2 year package after reading reviews and that it worked with Amazon prime. However it does not work with Amazon prime video in the UK! If it worked for the purpose I wanted then would be a 5*
I have tried many VPN's before I started using SurfShark and I must confess that they is NOBODY who can provide a service like SurfShark can! I am very impressed with the interface and the commitment of the company to provide exactly what they offer is indeed very impressive and very much appreciated! I have never had faster connections to the VPN servers, the speed is beyond what I was expecting, and I have NEVER had a disconnect, which all other VPN's I experienced quite often. Very easy to set up and use and fast servers. Setting up the automatic protection on your devices on start up is a handy feature too. I would definitely recommend ?
So far I can not complain about Surfshark, or the service I get from them. Obviously I went with the cheapest and got a great deal from them. Their service hasn’t failed me yet
The price was good, took quite a while to settle down and there are still sites that won’t work. Not happy. I was using it in Spain to access UK sites but stopped using it, a free VPN was so much better. I’d look elsewhere.
Fantastic customer service and could not ask for better support. Not had any issues around the app or connection. Had a few questions and they were answered quick. Would certainly recommend. Been with a few more expensive companies and surfshark far exceed the bigger more expensive options.
I have been using Surfshark for 4 months already. My experience, so far, was pretty good. Good connection speed and stability. Their mobile apps are pretty useful and regularly updated. Their support is not the best but I didn't xperience any bad with the support team. Anyway I recommend them.
Surfshark is easy to use and gives peace of mind. I find that I have to connect each time I open the laptop though, doesn't seem to auto-connect, but that's porobably me.
Being an Art dealer, always looking for "finds or sleepers" coming up at auction, Surfshark has been my best find of recent months. Having tried various other VPN products, and about to give up, thought i'd gamble on very cost effective 2 year Surfshark subscription. So very simple to use, on mobile and PC, speed drop 10-15%, i leave on permanently. Use for Netflix and other downloads on a daily basis, as well as general browsing. At last i've found a keeper.
