The service is exeptional !!!
Great VPN and very user friendly. Allows me to protect the whole family at one great price and the app works seamlessly in the background. There are a few glitches however, fir instance, the Chrome extension does not work very well and even though I was online with support they were unable to resolve the issue. You also need to have a bit of technical literacy to utilize all of the functions but at the end of the day they are not that complicated. Depending on what you are using, some of your settings may need to be adjusted. Other than that, I am mostly satisfied with the service and it achieves the goals that I purchased it for. Absolutely worth the cost.
Super easy to set up. Used to access sites in the UK and it worked very well. Can't beat the value.
I chose Surfshark because of their inexpensive way for me to get into VPN security online. When I first installed it in my devices, I had a bit of a learning curve, and that's just me. Now that I've had Surfshark, it really is a breeze to navigate and use. I did have an issue with their whitelist feature and with their CS help, that issue has been resolved. Their cost, quality product and their CS really sold me on choosing Surfshark as my go to VPN.
I have been using SurfShark for a month and a half. So far I have had 1 small issue and used the online chat system on their website to contact them and I took them seconds to resolve. Literally seconds. Amazing service. My favorite feature has to be that it can be put on unlimited devices. I can put it on everything with no worries. Also I got the service on a 2 year deal at an excellent price! I would recommend to friends and family (I have already!). If your looking for a fully featured affordable VPN with excellent customer service look no further!

Price is good but I purchased it to use on iplayer and its 50/50 if it masks my ip
Good support, cheap, simple android app and desktop app, dns support, integrated support in windows If u don't want to use the app, good speeds, in Sweden I get atleast 40MB = 320mbps
Easy to use has adds blocker.
