An honest review in which you will know The cons: I am sure that it is a reliable VPN provider that listens to consumers and I encourage an overall good experience as speeds are good and the price was great for what I got, but I have a few concerns. Mostly battery on mobile devices, possibly it doesn't mean to run 24/7, but the way that is adverse leads to the conclusion that it can be used in this way to prevent storing logs of browsing history. So most annoying things: Once or twice my VPN on iOS get off, and then I had to reenable it manually. Sometimes lag between busy server cause long DNS responses (fiber connection) which leads to crappy experience and battery drain as that is comparable to using a low signal connection in which device has to send a question to server a few times (I even won't speak if you truly are on a low signal mobile connection). Most movie streaming providers treat VPN users as illegal intruders. App after given order to find the fastest server always connect to the last one, I am almost sure that there are no measurements. Keep in mind that I'm a power user and perfectionist who relays mostly on low latency and will point out everything. If they would add split-tunneling that would be great but as for now, there is not.

had an issue where my surfshark would not connect, adam was there with me from beginning to end, through all the stupid little things and computer restarts, he just kept trying to help.
Would give 5 stars but kill switch doesn't always work. Some times I find myself unprotected. But the first week of the month blazing speed and no drops it's perfect. I like the service just wish it was full time stable.

To be honest, Surfshark is a very robust VPN in terms of speed and all other features, as a conclusion: Surfshark is very reliable VPN.
Using Surfshark has been fine except when I have to turn it off because the url cannot be reached or sometimes I have to turn it on to reach a url. Confusing. It doesn't matter what protocol I use. I have already worked with your support and you do not have a solution. You should have a record of it. Other than that it has been working I guess. Not for sure how to test it being new to it. I have it on my iphone, computer, and Firestick. It seams like my speeds have been fine. You figure out why url cannot be reached either on or off that would be great.
