It is now April 15th, surfshark stopped working in China first week of January, since then Nothing nada! not even a refund, The copy and paste customer support ofer a openvpn config that lasts a day and then you have to start all over again! A complete scam company that sucked users in with the 2 year deal and after a week it stopped!!! Scamm company stay well clear!..
Man i really have no words. The Customer Service really fast response to the all issues that i have. Thank you for hearing your customer out. Great job for adding Indonesian server. if you can get Indonesia translator for your website i'm sure you are gonna have so much customer because Indonesian is the one of the biggest internet consumer in southeast-asia. Speed seems good and mega easy to use by someone is who is not the most technical of people! Had a query and used the customer service chat feature - ‘Lucas’ was brilliant and resolved it straight away for me. Happy with the service and product so far.
