Ho attivato Surfhark tramite un codice sconto promosso da un noto Youtuber. Probabilmente funzionerà a livello di protezione (non ho granché modo di controllare) ma per la navigazione su siti stranieri è un disastro. Pur cambiando impostazioni e protocolli la mia connessione viene sempre localizzata in Italia. Ho tentato di richiedere la chiusura dell'account con la garanzia "soddisfatti o rimborsati" ma sono stato letteralmente bombardato di mail dall'assistenza che fa finta di non capire come mai chiedo il rimborso. Spacciano il software come indispensabile e facile da usare ma è tutto tranne che user-friendly. Pessimo e sconsigliato.

ITS A CON Payed almost 40 pounds to this company. I've emailed them a ridiculous amount of times explaining that it does not work and I would like my money refunded. They have admited that there service is faulty but have refused the refund as advertised. They just keep responding with a new ridiculous link that does not work. I am now taking this to third party. THIS IS A CON TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU

I just had contact with Ralph of the Customer Service. Because I couldn't connect anymore with Surfshark VPN and I couldn't download the app from Google Play Store on my phone. Ralph fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and patient that I could'n find the right settings first. I am happy with Surfshark VPN and will recommend this to my family and friends. Thanks!
