PIA is extremely easy to install. The online chat support is excellent. Knowing how PIA (and other VPNs work), one should use it with any gaming device or computer, but for general computing it is great. I highly recommend PIA.
PIA is one of the better VPN products out there and I've tried many. I personally chose it over NordVPN, IP Vanish, and VyprVPN as my primary VPN tool after personally using them. I do keep VyperVPN on my Mac as a backup/secondary VPN tool as I like the Chameleon option, but overall PIA did the best job of providing the most options and best feature set. The "Trusted Wifi/Connection Manager" actually works. It supports OpenVPN with a lot of options. And in most cases it "just works". I've had problems with all the tools, this one included, wtih captive portal landing pages. So that's a bit of pain, but one that seemingly nobody has figured out yet. I will say this tool is a BIT (just a bit) more complex than some of the others. I like that as I like having more options rather than fewer. Nord and IP Vanish might be better tools for the sub-average VPN user. But I think most VPN users would appreciate the tools PIA gives you; I certainly do. I hope they keep improving the product! :)
Easy to install, but customer service SUCKS! if you have a problem, they will try and make it seem like YOU are the problem. I found several small bugs in their software. I have been beta testing software for years and i wanted to point out there were a few small problems. One was a mouse issue, where scrolling didn't work properly. Their reply? not their problem. Contact the manufacturer of the mouse... well the manufacturer just happens to be Apple. Well if the Apple mouse works with ALL Apple software, but not with their app... then chances are, the app is the problem. John T refused to listen and told me to contact the manufacturer of the mouse. Second? A HUGE discrepancy between latency times on a PC and a Mac. Both laptops sitting side-by side showing totally different latency times. Again, John T said is was the different ways that the PC and the Mac compute the latency. Total BULLSH*T! Latency is latency and should not vary by 100ms between platforms. It sends a series of pings and the average delay between sending and receiving is the latency. He LIED to me and again, refused to address the issue. While the service isn't bad, the customer support is abysmal. I have yet to report a problem and have it solved... this spans over three years! Apparently they hire a bunch of uneducated morons and tell them to blame everything on the customer... unfortunately for them, this customer isn't the average nobody who is totally ignorant to how computers work. I am a certified network engineer and I know BS when someone tries to feed it to me!
Very easy to install and use. Sometimes can be a bit slow depending on which VPN site you are using but it's easy to switch to a different one that isn't as busy. I love PIA and recommend it.
Purchased this service a little over a week ago and so far I am very pleased with the quality and consistency of their network. Simple to set up and the download speeds are solid.

I have Just Finished a session with Stephanie and the Injectable Filler supplier to Evolution Laser Shellharbour Square. Wow Although it takes 4 weeks to see the full changes the filler will make to my appearance I can not believe the difference already. My grown up daughter said " you look different! Younger what is different?" I told her all about the wonderful service I had once again recieved and she if it is going to improve more over 4 weeks you are going to look 10 years younger because you already look at least 5 years younger. I use a MacBook, many times I pup up window with a error notification from the "privaterinternetaccess"appears. Cannot see Netflix while activated.
It's the best, most stable and and really fast VPN I know. Great upgrades, very good and fast helpdesk/service, easy to use and a lot of options. The price is more than worth it! Just perfect! :)
