It is the only VPN service I've used however I am very impressed with their customer service and very happy with the product. I have the app installed on most of our smartphones and tablets. I also have it on the laptops! I don't believe they throttle your traffic Ferrari almost always test the speed before and after and it's very comprable however the latency it's something you will have to worry about. Remember you're going from your town I'm possibly few miles away to another state or even another continent. Giving them five stars is fair enough. Hello from Centennial Colorado

This service is very tough to administer. They arbitrarily changed my personal login information - then didn't tell me they had done so. I was locked out of my account as a result. I just tried to login again, and I'm getting another error message, which means I'm back to contacting customer support for access. Last time this happened, I took the very insecure step of writing my username and password on a Post-It note and sticking it on my monitor. Somehow, some way, that information has been changed again.

The speeds are rather mediocre. Strong encryption, easy to use interface on all platforms, and price make up for that tho. If you are searching for a super fast VPN, this might not be for you, but for general use <100Mbit/s this is my favorite VPN provider.

Have used it for 6 years especially over public WIFI hot-spots like Walmart or McD's where its easy to get caught up in man in the middle scams . Your data is encrypted between your device and PIA's server so no one ev4n if they sniff your packets can read them . Never worry about bandwidth as its always fast and if not easy to switch to another server that's not .

I've had PIA for like 3 years now I think and they have never let me down even once. I've been wearing my eye patch, hook and peg leg *wink wink* almost every day and haven't had any issues with it working for me.

Easy to set-up for Android, but the slow-down is really bad. I get around 71Mbps without PIA VPN, but it drops to about 22.6Mbps with it on. A 60-70% drop in speed makes it unusable to have on constantly so I'm left with having to remember to manually turn it on when I want to use public WiFi. Not a deal breaker, but certainly not what I was hoping for. Now that I know the "usability" factor with the speed decrease, once my license expires I will gladly pay a little more for a competing service with better speeds.

I have tried most services and PIA is the best. I use it on Windows and Linux and it is very quick and easy to set up. The yearly price is outstanding for this level of service. I am very impressed.
